| Mark P. Murphy (47), was named the Company’s Chief Executive Officer August 31, 2006. Mr. Murphy's career includes over 20 years as a senior corporate executive, having held executive positions in sales, finance, operations, and general management. Mr. Murphy previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and a director of Kyocera Tycom Corporation, a manufacturing company that designs and sells precision cutting instruments, where he managed the firm’s 400 employees worldwide. Prior to Tycom, Mr. Murphy was Chief Operating Officer and a director of Dynamotion Corporation and was with Arthur Young & Co’s consulting practice. Mr. Murphy earned a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance from California State University at Fullerton. He joined the Pro-Dex board of directors in 2002. |

| Jeff J. Ritchey (44), is the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. Mr. Ritchey
joined the Company's Micro Motors subsidiary as Controller in August 2001
and assumed the Chief Financial Officer position in July 2002 and Secretary
position in October 2003. Mr. Ritchey's previous experience includes serving
as the Controller and Finance Director of Tycom Corporation from 1997 to
2001, and corporate and operational positions at Hughes Electronics and
DIRECTV (subsidiaries of General Motors) from 1990 to 1997. Mr. Ritchey
received B. S. degrees in Economics and Finance and a M.S. degree in Finance
from the University of Arizona and is a Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA").

| Patrick L. Johnson (46), was named the Company's Executive
Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer in April, 2006. Mr.
Johnson joined the Company's Micro Motors subsidiary as Vice President and
General Manager in March 2000. Mr. Johnson has significant experience in
dental manufacturing, having served as General Manager of Analytic Endodontics,
Inc. (a division of Sybron dental) from 1997 to 2000 and General Manager
of Tycom Dental, Inc. from 1996 to 1997, both dental related product manufacturers.
Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Legal Studies and Philosophy
from the University of California, in Santa Cruz and a Masters in Business
Administration from Pepperdine University. |

| Phillip S. Brown (45), was named the Company's Vice President
of Engineering in July 2004. Mr. Brown started with the company's Oregon
Micro Systems subsidiary in June 1988 as Design Engineer. Previously, Mr.
Brown was a Controls Engineer with Automation Northwest where he led the
electrical designs of custom automated equipment. He attended undergraduate
studies at Boise State University and ITT Technical Institute and holds
a Bachelor of Science in Automated Manufacturing and Electronic Engineering.
He is currently completing graduate studies at Oregon Health Sciences University.

| Rhea Gustafson (46) joined Pro-Dex in January, 2006, as President of Astromec,
the Company's newly acquired Carson City subsidiary. Mr. Gustafson joined the
Astromec team in 2000 as Director of Product Development and was promoted to President
in June, 2004. He has over 22 years experience in the electric motor industry. His
most recent position prior to joining Astromec was as Director of Marketing and
Planning for Emerson Electric. Mr. Gustafson received a Bachelor of Science degree in
Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from St. Louis University.

| Richard L. Van Kirk (46) joined the Company in January 2006 and was
named the Company's VP of Manufacturing in December, 2006. Mr. Van Kirk's career includes
over 13 years of management experience in manufacturing. Mr. Van Kirk previously served as
Manufacturing Manager and Manager of Product Development at Comarco Wireless Technologies,
ChargeSource Division, which provides power and charging functionality for popular electronic
devices and wireless accessories. Prior to Comarco, Mr. Van Kirk was General Manager at
Dynacast, a leader in precision die casting. Mr. Van Kirk earned a BA in Business
Administration at California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from Claremont Graduate
School.

| Joseph L. Rotino (55) joined the company in December 2006 as the Vice President of Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs. Mr. Rotino's career includes over 20 years of Quality Assurance and Regulatory experience in the Medical Device industry. Mr. Rotino previously served as Vice President of Quality Assurance at Sybron Dental Specialties supporting product markets in Orthodontics, Endodontics, Dentistry, and Disinfectants. Prior to Sybron, Mr. Rotino has held positions at Baxter Healthcare and Kendall McGaw in the field of Quality Assurance, where his background included comprehensive expertise in quality systems, national and international compliance regulations, statistical improvement methodologies, quality technologies and a wide range of manufacturing processes. Mr. Rotino earned a BA in Mathematics from William Paterson University, Wayne, New Jersey and a MS in Quality Assurance from California State University, Dominquez Hills, CA.

| Ken McBride (44) joined Pro-Dex in September, 2007 as the Director of Project Management. Mr. McBride's career includes over 20 years of product development and manufacturing experience. Mr. McBride previously served as the Project Management Director for Balboa Instruments, a leading electronic control system manufacturer in the swimming pool and hot tub industry. Mr. McBride held an earlier position with Balboa as the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering. Prior to Balboa, Mr. McBride held engineering and manufacturing positions with McDonnell Douglas and General Dynamics missile guidance and surveillance systems divisions. Mr. McBride earned an AS in Laser Electro-Optics, a BSBA from University of Phoenix, and a Project Management Professional credential from the Project Management Institute.
